Any item can returned withinĀ 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
With all returns and refunds, each issue will be taken on case by case and the outcome is ultimately atĀ The Pet Project's discretion. When placing orders on our store, please order your items carefully and feel free toĀ contact us forĀ advice prior to making a purchase.

Why does this order look different?

As all of our treats are singleĀ protein and 100% natural, everyĀ treat will have its own unique colour and shape.
We use the best locally sourced proteins, but if you have any concerns, please contact usĀ and send us some photos of your treats. We can assess these and confirm any issues with your products.

What about return shipping?

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
