Shipping policy

We ship all of our orders from Melbourne using Australia Post. We get most orders out the same day and delivery with AusPost is usually 2-6 days nationwide.

Once we've disptached your order we'll send you the tracking number. If you need to track your order, please click here.  Once we have dispatched your order to AusPost, the delivery process is out of our control.

Free nationwide standard shipping on orders that include treats over $70. Orders under $70 have a flat rate of $14.95.

We've got an Express Post option available at checkout for a flat rate of $19.95.

We offer international shipping on all of our treats for a flat rate $45.00.
