What long lasting chews do you have?
For a longer lasting chew, we would recommend any of our dental chews, including Roo Tail Tips, Spare Ribs, Kangaroo Tendon and dried bones.
Are these treats safe for dogs with sensitive stomachs or allergies?
Absolutely. We understand that many dogs develop sensitivities as they age. Our treats are formulated with limited or single ingredients and are free from common fillers like glycerine, corn, wheat, and soy.
We recommend starting with a single protein treat that you know is most gentle and digestable for your pup.
Are dehydrated treats good for dogs?
One of the biggest advantages of dehydrated treats is that it's highly nutritious. Dehydrated treats retain many of their original nutrients thanks to the low-heat drying process used to make them.
This means that your dog will be getting all the vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients they need to stay healthy and strong.
Where are your ingredients sourced and the treats manufactured?
Transparency is our priority. 100% of our treats are sourced in Australia, from Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia to our cookies baked in Melbourne to meet human-grade food safety standards.
Are any of the treats suitable for cats?
We highly recommend our freeze dried treat range. These have been a hit with customers with cats.
When can I give my puppy treats?
Vets recommend at around the age of 8 weeks, you can consider introducing a treat to your puppy, ideally, this should be a simple treat with one or just a few ingredients.
Starting with softer treats that have no more than three ingredients can help ease them into the new dietary addition without overwhelming their delicate digestive system.
Are these treats suitable for 'senior' dogs with dental issues?
Yes! We offer a variety of textures. While our air dried range has a satisfying crunch, our freeze dried treats are a softer morsel, ideal for older dogs or those with missing teeth who still deserve a delicious reward.
My dog is on a strict diet; how many calories are in each treat?
We know how important it is to maintain a healthy weight for joint health. The approximate calories for each treat are contained on their product pages.
Most of our treats are designed to be easily broken into smaller pieces to help you control portion sizes for rewarding during training or daily bonding.
When will I get my order?
All our orders are usually dispatched form our Melbourne warehouse the following day.
All orders are sent with Australia Post and should arrive within 2-6 days.
If your order is urgent, we do have an Express Post option available at checkout.

We currently provide free shipping on all Australian orders over $70.
We also ship to New Zealand and Singapore.
